About Brock

I am Brock Eissman. I grew up in a small beach town in California called San Clemente. I played sports my whole life, played college baseball, had the choice to keep playing as a career, and chose to pursue a career in helping people. I’ve spent the last 7 years working with Olympic athletes, professional athletes, action sports athletes, and everyday people get their mind right.i strive to be the ‘person’ i needed when looking for help.
Over the years we have created Off the grid therapy, a mens community & trip focused on mental health. We also created GRYD: The Mindset Podcast, to give men a place to listen, learn, and be a part of the community.
